Certificate of Competence (Driver's License)

• • The Certificate of Competence for a driver's license must be requested online by the applicant via the platform:

1. • The Certificate of Competence is issued exclusively by the Algerian authority that issued the driver's license (Daïra, Commune).
   • The Certificate of Competence, issued by the aforementioned Algerian authority, is transmitted electronically to the embassy.
   • The Certificate of Competence is issued to the applicant upon presentation of:
1. A valid Algerian identity document (National Identity Card or Passport)
2. Their valid residence permit

The application receipt, which can be printed from the aforementioned email address
