President of the Republic’s Prize for Amazigh Language and Literature
The High Commission for Amazighity (HCA) announces the opening of applications for the sixth edition of the "President of the Republic's Prize for Amazigh Literature and Language".
Nominations are open to all Algerian citizens, both inside and outside the country, until November 1, 2025.
This award aims to encourage scientific and intellectual creativity in the following fields:
• Linguistics
• Research on the Amazigh intangible cultural heritage
• Literature expressed in or translated into Amazigh
• Technological and digital sciences
Participation is open to all age groups, whether individually or collectively.
Outstanding works will be honored during the official celebration of the Amazigh New Year, "Amanzou Yennayer," on January 12, 2026.
