Algeria expresses “utter dismay” over statements issued by Malian government, AES

Algeria expressed its “utter dismay” regarding the statement released by the Malian transitional government, as well as the one issued by the College of Heads of State of the Confederation of Sahel States (AES), according to a Monday statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs.
