Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025),Algiers from September 4 to 10, 2025

As part of preparations for the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025), which will be held in Algiers from September 4 to 10, 2025, the Algerian Embassy in Warsaw informs participants that visa applications must be accompanied by the following documents.

For exceptional and duly justified cases, visas on arrival will be issued.

I-CONSULAR VISA

-Completed and signed visa application form;

-Passport with at least 6 months of validity;

-Photocopy of the passport pages containing personal information;

-Document proving registration on the IATF 2025 platform;

-Two recent passport-sized photos;

-Payment of visa fees;

-Hotel reservation**;

-Round-trip flight reservation**.

** Otherwise, applicants can submit their applications and must provide these two documents when collecting their visas.

II-VISAS ON ARRIVAL

-Regularization visa application form;

-Valid passport (more than 6 months old);

-Copy of passport pages containing personal information;

-Documents proving entry to Algerian territory (document confirming registration on the IATF 2025 platform);

-Payment of the visa fees set out in Article 48 of the 2025 Finance Act;

-Proof of accommodation within the national territory (hotel reservation);

-Return ticket.
